GHSA-6888-wf7j-34jq: `SegQueue` creates zero value of any type

Affected versions of this crate called mem::zeroed() to create values of a user-supplied type T. This is unsound e.g. if T is a reference type (which must be non-null).

The flaw was corrected by avoiding the use of mem::zeroed(), using MaybeUninit instead.

Root Cause Analysis

The vulnerability stemmed from using mem::zeroed() to initialize generic types. From the GHSA description and PR #458 analysis:

SegQueue's push closure handled value storage initialization
Node struct's constructor directly created T instances Both locations used mem::zeroed() for generic type initialization, which is unsafe for non-nullable types. The PR replaced these with MaybeUninit, confirming these were the vulnerable points.
